Facts about recycling

An estimated 15 million mobile phone handsets are discarded every year. Equally, 30 million printer cartridges are disposed of each year… the tragedy is that only 5% are recycled – the rest go to landfill.

We bet that if you take a look in your drawers at home or at the office you will find an old mobile phone – why do you keep it - you will probably never use it again!

Most people just chuck their old inkjet cartridge in the rubbish bin. The same at the office where old laser cartridges are popped into the skip for sending to landfill sites.
